You can see how many cuts I did and the final sharpnes - for the money - good steel and good knife!

Did a search to find your thread, nice job there, and I agree, I just recently picked up a Spyderco Resilience and it, so far, is very impressive knife. The knife arrived fairly sharp, just a light touch up on a spyderco double stuff fine stone and strop and wow, razor sharp and I've not seen a knife cut cardboard as easily as this. I just packed a speaker up that I sold and needed to slice a thin layer of foam down to make it all fit, the Resilience cleanly sliced around the foam in good form without causing the foam to fold or bunch up as it was already pretty thin layer of foam, very cool.

Also found that on opening it, the thumb flip is quite fast, also using my index finger also flips it out equally as well if not faster, even with my left hand.

Stefan's review and comments on the Resilience was what compelled me to get one!

Holding & feeling it for a while convinced me to get it's backup:thumbup:
 
I have always wanted to get that knife, I love the tenacious and for about the same price and more knife why not :D
 
I don't think you'll be unhappy ! The blade opens like a rocket, if you do it right, flicking with either thumb or first finger, on either hand, works great, cuts equally well, nice knife to be sure!

yes i love my persistence and tenacious, some of my smoothest knives! somehow i just havent gotten around to getting one, ill have to pick one up soon! put an acid stonewash on and im set! G2 psalm one is a great passage by the way!
 
Good presentation Stefan. I'm buying what your selling man. Ordered one yesterday along with some items for my Son for Christmas. I was looking at getting the Tenacious, but your video switched me to the Resilience. When it comes to folders - we speak the same language. Have a healthy Holiday.
