I would have bought a millie by now but i cannot spend $150+ for a knife that i cannot legally carry, so this resilieance is going to be a definite purchase for me!

Just curious as I also live in VA. Why do you say you can't legally carry a Millie? The commonwealth of VA has no law regarding blade length that I'm aware of and the Resilience is actually .25" longer than the Military.

Back on topic though I'm looking forward to adding one of these to the collection. Been carrying my Tenascious this week love it as much as my Persistence. This one should be even better, or at least bigger.

Hmm. That big 4.25" blade looks a little ungainly to me, but thats probably because I am used to seeing its two smaller siblings. Looks like a nice addition to the lineup.

We should have the Spyderco Resilience in stock and ready to ship on or around august 20th.

The release dates for all dealers that will be carrying this or any knife are always basically the same, unless a particular dealer can't or chooses not to carry that brand or item.

I agree. I actually LOVE both the smaller versions blade shapes, both aesthetically, and for actual use. This one looks a little awkward, should be a phenomenal deal, though.

Maybe in Fully Serrated??

yourcornerstore has had some of the new Spyderco's pushed back again and again. I've been waiting for the Balance for a while, every time the arrival date came I would go to the site and it would be pushed back a few weeks. It ain't their fault, I know. Just saying don't get too set on that date. :P

Ahhhh none of those websites accept paypal....

Yup - I'm noticing that more & more. Seems there are more frequent 'irreconcilable issues' coming up with PP lately. Sad.

But hey - how 'bout that new Resilience from Spyderco?

There - back on topic! :D

The only restriction I know of in VA regarding blade length is that a pocket knife is legal to carry on public school property if the blade is less than 3 inches.
