These guys may be able to help you out. To be honest, custom scales are going to cost at least as much as your knife. It may be better/easier/similar price to hold out for a Sage 3 or translucent blue Manix if you're simply after a blue Spyderco. Or invest in some Duracoat. That shouldn't be very pricey and should yield good results.
