I decided to spring for the Rock Lobster, been on my list for a while. I really just wanted it because it was designed by a fellow Dane, but it really is a great looking piece that I imagine can do a lot of hard work. Despite its price, I have to say I will have to carry this thing.

Its light and compact and yet packs a big beefy blade that looks like it can do a lot of work.

Way to go Jens!

Pictures or it Didnt happen:p

That knife has been on my want list for a while now. Do you think after a few weeks you could do a thorough review?

I can certainly give it a try, but I don't really cut very exciting items, mostly food and cardboard, so it wont be going camping or anything like that (unfortunately).

It did come scarily sharp out of the box, more than any other Spyderco I have (and they are generally sharp out of the box).

Amazing knife! Fantastic slicer, fantastic ergonomics.. A non scary looking blade to the people who are not into knives!
Amazing.
