I found this knife at a gun show today and purchased it of $75. Is it rare? The blade is 440c stainless and the handles are aluminum.

Not a popular model, but not really rare. The S was in the lineup for several years, in both sliver/grey and black handled versions. The injection molded spider web blade probably hurt sales.
