Hey everyone newby here....I have about 15 spyderco knives and love them all dearly. My question is on the S knife. It is now discontinued and I seen a black one go for $102 and a silver go for $151 on ebay yesterday. I have an opportunity to buy many. Some for keeps and some for resale in the future. I know he has at least 10 of each color because I asked about that amount and saw a few of them in person. They seem to be sold out everywhere else i look. The knife codes are SC109SLP (silver) SC109BKP (black) the ones that sold on ebay were just C109 (thats what they listed anyways). Whats the difference in the knife with the codes if any, or will these knives be just as collectable. I have a few "Q" knives that are pretty popular and bought them for $25 years ago. I can get the "S" for $59 each. Please let me know. Thanks everyone.

There is no difference in the numbers.

That is up to you. If you buy them and list a few you run the risk of flooding the market and lowering the end price.

Well I wouldnt buy 20 of them anyways....First of all...I married....Second of all...My wife is mean. Oh yea and can shoot. and 3rd of all checking account wouldnt like that to much. I would buy a few of each and keep a set for myself and unload a few.

OP, if you are looking to buy and sell alot of them, you have to take ^ into consideration. you are speculating that the market will absorb them at current price levels, which is a gamble.
