Spyderco Sage 3

One of my favorite Spydies. Best ergoes for a 3" blade (size Lg. gloves). Bolt lock needs a little lube now and then. I don't know if it is the blue G10 or the "wide" blade but I always got a comment from the peanut gallery when I used it.

A wide blade is scarier than a slender one. I used my FRN dragonfly at work to open a box and got a weapon comment. I use my Vic Alox soldier to cut food at lunch (longer blade than the dragonfly), and get nothing. I even got a "it's so cool that you use your pocketknife to eat" comment from a female co-worker.

Smoothest opening and closing knife I own. The person who put mine together took a lot of pride in workmanship, it is flawless. I think it is a worthwhile addition to any Spydie collection.
 
I like the sage 3 but more a fan of the sage 1. I guess I am not a fan of the compression lock just a little hard to close for me.
 
Thanks all. Have one on order now at Amazon. This will add to my Delica4 FFG Brown and my Delica4 ZDP Dark Green.
