Anyone found a nylon sheath that fits the Atlantic Salt (or any of the other Salt folders).
I'd rather not use a pocket clip when boating. Something comforting about a good nylon sheath
with a top flap, mounted on my belt. Anyone else?

Brand names and model #s appreciated.

Thanks for any info.

Tough question huh  :D

I guess no one carries theirs in a sheath.

Anyone care to offer a possible option that has worked for their similar sized knives?

Thanks.

I don't know if many people carry a Spyderco n a sheath because they have the clip and taking one out of a sheath is a 3 step process.

Yep. My Tasman is clipped to my vest with a lanyard. Speed of deployment is a primary consideration.

But if you want a pouch, Maxpedition probably has something that would work for that.

There's a lot of aftermarket sheaths to choose from. I'd have one made of kydex.

I make Kydex sheaths but generally don't like carrying the hard sheath on my belt. On the boat especially I prefer
a nylon with a top flap. I would eliminate the pocket clip. Waking around on a boat is different than being squeezed into a kayak so wearing the knife clipped to a vest is not really necessary. Will just need to check the googles and pay attention to the specs. Maxpedition is a
good start. Thank you all.
