I heavily enjoy this knife. Who else does?

I changed the clip on mine but haven't gotten around to taking photos of it yet.
I want to post some good size comparison shots of it later as well.

I remember talking to Ed Schempp at Blade Shows several years in a row about the Khukri folder. It took a while to get into production, not nearly as long as the Tuff though!

I bought a couple when they were released several years ago. It's a great folder, I really like everything about it. The small portion of recurve near the heel is great for light cardboard cutting.

I'll post my pics here too. Just got it, but it's pretty awesome. I've been wanting one for years. I'm still waiting on your Lava clip pics. [emoji6]

One thing I did worry I wouldn't like was the size. I like PM2, GB, Domino is barely big enough etc. I find size wise it is close to a Caly 3.5 in feel, and rides thinner in the pocket even.

Yeah, it's funny you compare to Caly 3.5 because that is another knife that is commonly discussed for its amazing ability to fit good blade length in a slim package!

And yeah, I'll snap some more recent pics of mine when I get home. :)

I believe this older clip bolt pattern is still used by Benchmade? So aftermarket clips from them may work... although recently I'm starting to really appreciate factory clips better than many bulky aftermarket clips that tend to kill in-hand ergos.

Love mine too. I didn't like the fact that it was hard to close, there wasn't much room to release the liner lock, so I modded it. I put a sanding drum on my drill press and sanded away a bit of the liner and scale - much better. While I was in there I replaced the bushings with nylon ones-incrediably smooth-one of the smoothest opening knives that I have, on par with the smoothness of my William Henry.

I've never had an issue with disengaging the liner lock on this knife (nor the GB that everyone complains about), but I can appreciate your work there. Looks very clean and subtle.

Here are some quick photos of how mine sits currently, with the shorter clip from a Lava Sprint.

Might not be able to easily tell just from photos, but this slightly shorter clip also moves the tip out from under where you middle finger holds the grip and was sort of uncomfortable in use.

Thanks. No the lock was definitely not as bad as some out there but I think I got spoiled by the ease of some of my others, like the Sage 1.
