Spyderco - seal Team

The question is about a Police model engraved with Seal Team frog, and "In case of war, break glass". It is in a red box. I was told these knives were shipped from Spyderco with the engraving. Can anyone shed any light on this (especially Sal)?

Those knives were engraved for us by Spyderco and distributed exclusively by us in 1996-97. We did 23 total. All were sold in 1996-98.
