Several weeks ago I sent my Military in to have lock repaired.I requested return receipt upon delivery which I recieved.My question is.Do they contact customer before,during or after repair?Will it show up at my door after repair?For the record, this is not a complaint.

We don't contact customers who send their knives in as a rule, unless there is some discrepency that needs addressing. Turnaround time varies from week to week, but I did manage to look yours up. Looks like it should go out late this week or early next week. Call me anytime for a status report.
