Spyderco service question

I've sent my Native III in to be serviced, and I'm certain it will
come back in perfect condition.

What I'm wondering though, is there a way to know when it's on its
way back to me? I wouldn't care so much, except that our local
UPS driver seems to sometimes deliver to our neighbor's house
(thinking it's the right place), but he delivers it to their
back door, which they never use.

So, it could be sitting there for days/weeks, and no one would
know - and I can't really go over there every day to look.

Is there a way I can request an email with a tracking number,
so I can watch for the day it's supposed to arrive?

Thanks

I usually hear from Mike in warranty about when it should go out. Of course nothing is 100% but it helps sometimes. Just give Mike a call and ask him to let you know approximatly when it ships. Unless he is absolutly swamped with stuff wouldn't see it as a problem. Hope this helps.

edb,

Definitely call Mike. He can give you heads up and provide a UPS tracking number you can chase minute by minute on-line. UPS does sometimes leave packages in odd places! Once found my neighbor's overnight package of frozen king crab in my garage- lol.

Call Mike at 800-525-7770 X255 or 303-279-8383 X255 Mon-Fri from 7:30-4:30 mhayes@spyderco.com
