Spyderco Sharmaker v. AG Russell Field Sharpener

I've done my homework and narrowed it down to two sharpeners. The AG Russell Field Sharpener (with the diamond rods) or the Sharpmaker. Cannot go any fancier given my budget. Just need to keep my CRKT M21 sharp. Any and all opinions would be a great help.
