I posted this in the knife makers forum but didnt get much of a response. I was looking to buy a sharpmaker for my kid and noticed that they said the sharpening angles were 30 and 40 degrees.
Now, I thought, that knives were mostly sharpend at approximately a 20 degree angle.
So how does Spyderco come up with this 30 and 40 degree slots for their maker ?
Any ideas guys ?
