Ive been browsing the web for a week trying to find a new Knife for deer processing and came across a gentleman on that big auction site that had a five NIB Spyderco Southfork for two bills a piece. So I pulled the trigger and I'm pretty excited. I never had a knife with S90v Steel. My question is to you guys that own the Southfork how dose the knife preform ? Pros or cons. What's the best way to resparpen the knife ?
