I bought them new from a Spyderco dealer and they all come with the correct box. With that said, they do have a notch on them, but I do not know if that means a second or not...the only source I have been shown was a guy's website who is flagging "boycott Benchmade!!!". If anyone who has bought the cards decides that they don't want them, just let me know and I will issue a refund.
