Spyderco "Spyderhawk" opins...

Just got one of these for $55 plus USPS shipping from GlassHartt@aol.com ; I likee the oversize "hawkbill" design, but couldn't really see what all the fuss was about on the Spyderco.com forum. A great knife, IMO but more something to scream at if it's pulled on you than to scream about.

What say the augerers?

Sounds like you got a great deal on that SpyderHawk, Allen. It's a great design, IMO, but not one that I would carry for EDC. Because of this, I plan on having one of these just for display, so I'll just wait for the Forum 'Hawk to come out.

I am really getting into hawkbills lately. I prefer plainedge, so I'll be waiting for the forum version to come out. I will probably get at least 2 of them.
