The knife comes with the original sheath with mini tek lock and a custom made sheath from M.Sastre with both pull-the-dot loop for IWB carry and regular belt loop for belt carry. No Box i bought it for iwb carry but i have dunlops disease (gut dun lopped over):D:D this is a great set up for skinny people.:D:D asking $130 shipped USA ONLY USPS money order ONLY
