Has anyone else acquire one of these? As a gift, I was fortunate enough to pick one up from the Spyderco factory... and I am very impressed! I've only had it for about a week, but I've used it quite a bit already fishing, in the kitchen, and up in the woods. It has surpassed my Gayle Bradley as my favorite folding knife... The ZDP-189 has been superb steel that takes every bit as good of an edge as M4, and actually has held a very sharp edge far better than M4 so far in my use. The thin blade grind cuts far better than any other knife I have, even the Slysz Bowie, yet the blade is still plenty stout. The handle locks your hand in well and is very comfortable... and I think the knife is actually very good looking in person! The fit and finish is absolutely superb, and it has none of the usual up and down play associated with Spyderco lockbacks. Overall, I am very pleased with this knife.
