Well, it is a knife forum, and this is the Spyderco subforum.

I don't see the problem.

Nice knife, Wavester.

Thanks Daddyo16...taking the new camera for a spin and I thought what better way to do it
then to take pics of my favorite hobby and share it with my BF pals :)

Nice pics, Wavester. You know, I've handled the SuperLeaf a few times at stores/shows. I love the ergonomics and the feel of the blade in hand. But I've never pulled the trigger on it... There is something about the bulk of the knife in my pocket that I can get past. It is a lot of knife, but it sits very awkwardly in my pocket. Comparatively, the GB and PM2 are much more "svelte" and carry better.

How do you find the SuperLeaf for EDC, Wavester? I'd be interested to hear your perspective.

Cheers!

I've been EDCing my superleaf for a couple of weeks now and it's just great!
Light and flat enough that I forget about it in my pocket. The handle is just the right size. The 4mm VG10 blade sold me right there, but I'm still expecting a manix 2 xl anytime now because I wanted something a little bigger yet. While I don't consider my hands has large, I do wear XL or XXL gloves, so a big handle is desired for various gripping positions that are more limited with the Superleaf's one.

I had one but sold it. It carries too wide in the pocket to be practical for me. I also don't see much benefit to the thicker blade because the tip is thin. I do love the compression lock.
