Spyderco Surgery / Frankenstein Edition

Hi Guys,

I would like to create a Ti / ZDP189 Delica from a Ti Damascus Delica and ZDP Delica.

Has anyone had success with this particular Frankenspyder? I would like to know before snag a Ti Damascus Delica.

It would depend on whether Spyderco made any changes to the hole placement on the Ti version. The Ti version has one less screw through the side, but I'm guessing that it uses an integrated back spacer instead of a separate piece. If that is the ONLY difference, the blade and lockbar from the ZDP Delica should transfer with no issues.
