spyderco suthard skiff bearings

i would like to replace my bearings with skiff. when i do that do i reinstall the washers ??

Whatever you decide to do, let us know how it turns out!

Once upon a time someone posted they ran replacement Southard bearings without washers. I don’t recall where the bearings were sourced, and to my knowledge there was never any follow up on how it lasted over time.

Assuming everything fits together well enough without washers, I suppose there’s a theoretical risk that with time the bearings could wear grooves into the Ti & thereby affect the knife’s function.
