Spyderco Szabo

I have the blacked out version and I carry either that or my zt 0801 just about every day. I love mine and I plan on getting the satin blade version eventually! If you like big knives then you'll love this one! I think it's worth it the money IMO. I also think it feels real nice in hand too
 
I also own a blacked out szabo that picked up about 2 weeks ago from the spyderco factory. Don't have enough use with it to give a good review, but I love it! Perfect centering no blade wobble and came razor sharp. It's a little stiff out of the box but it will be fine. I recommend you pick one up ASAP :)
 
I have one from the run about 2 years back. It is a great knife if you like larger knives because it is a large knife. Mine was stiff out of the box but is now very smooth. The blade geometry makes it great for slicing. The scales have held up well and do not show any wear.

I love mine, but rarely carry it as it's so large and also really intended for fighting.

Great well thought out design for the intended purpose, and tremendous execution by Spyderco, the grinds and F+F are awesome. I do find the action to be a bit stiff, if I used it more I'm sure it'd wear in some and get smoother.

Surprised people are EDC'ing it, it's a real handful, and a mean looking thing, OMG if I pulled that out sheeple would have heart attacks. If I had to choose a folder for a knife fight the Szabo would probably be it, and I'm not even trained in the Filipino knife arts the thing is really designed to facilitate.
 
I still think it is a good knife. Although if you don't have a Military, I might start with one of those. I think it all depends on what you are looking for. If you want an all around EDC the the Szabo may not be the one, but I don't think EDC was the design purpose.
