Thinking about getting one of these two...but which one ?!!?
Both are the same price...$28.95 from Ambientweather.com.

Any recommendations to break the tie? Any actual experience / data ?

Thanks,
MikeH

The Skyline is VERY quality.
I was extremely surprised at how well made it was for what it cost. The thinness is great, and it rides in the pocket well.

I say skyline out of the two.

Thanks, Jon. I think the Skyline also has a more 'conservative' look...less 'scary' to the overly-sensitive than the Spyderco.

The Skyline has a Sandvik 13C26 blade vs the Tenacoius' 8Cr13Mov.
I've got a Byrd Cara Cara in 8Cr13Mov, and a Kershaw Leek in 13C26, and I believe I like the 8Cr13Mov for better edge retention...just my experience.

Anybody else...??

While the Byrd steel is a tad better, I'd still go with the Skyline. Great knife, a real sleeper.

SKYLINE. A very fine slim and light folder made in the USA. A great EDC. Has held a very good edge. I agree with the comments every one else has about it. I had a Tenacious and it was a bigger overall knife but very well made knife.
