I had to oil my Tenacious so i took it apart. Everything went along fine until i had to put the pivot back in. The pivot wont fit back into the body, it stops at the raised edge on the flat side of the pivot. Is there a special way to put it back in? Thanks.

I put an alan wrench in and swirled it around in cricles to smooth the blade and everything so it was flush. The i put the pivot in and twisted it while applying pressure until it fit in. Not sure if thats the best way, but it worked for me, took a little while though. Hope this helped

Was it a lot of pressure to get it over the change it the pivot? Also, did you use the allan wrench to flatter down the pivot holder on the inside of the scale?

Sorry, im not real good with this stuff, Its a weird knife. Everything has to fit together perfectly. You do have to kinda push hard.
