I know these knives are a lot different in quality, but I still would like to know what your guys think. I am going to use one of these as an EDC blade. I just want to know if it's worth the extra $30 bucks to go up to the delica?

Extra $30? You found a Tenacious for $20?

I had the same choice and went with the Delica. The steel is much better on it, although it looks cheaper. The way I see it, the Tenacious is a knife that's trying to be a more expensive knife than it is, whereas the Delica is a utilitarian blade with no pretensions. For functionality to price, it's hard to beat the Delica FFG.

I have both the Delica FFG and Tenacious. Delica gets more pocket time by far. It is much more pocket friendly and I love the way the FRN feels. Delica is one of my favorite EDC knives.

Same here!
The Tenacious is a fantastic work folder, but its size isn't pocket friendly at all for me. Also, it has a shinny pocket clip and everyone is going to notice it (I wasn't used to have everyone saying me "hey you have a knife over there!")

If your aim is to save some money than you can try Tenaciou's small sister:

I think the quality is great in both, and I don't really see any big differences apart the country of the origin between the China made Tenacious and the japan made Delica. I would go even further: I have a para2 and a tenacious on my hands right now and besides the design and materials differences you can't tell any fit and finish issues on any of them.

I too have them both, and make no mistake i LOVE the tenacious, but if I had to choose, it is gonna be my OD delica 100% of the time.
