Does anyone know the ID for the washer of a Spyderco Tenacious? Also the thickness?

There are two different sized washers (OD) smaller ones on the lock side. (Not sure why)

And are bronze and phosphor bronze the same thing?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've found some washer at USAknifemakers. 3/16 looks to be the closest?

I started a thread in the Spyderco forum last night with no results. I will bump it later on if this one goes no where.

A little info.
Usually the smaller washer is placed on the lock side so the lock bar will clear.
Phospher bronze is a alloy of copper with 3.5 - 10 % tin and up to 1 % phospher. The phospher is added as a deoxidizing agent to bronze.
I will try to get you more info on sizes when I can.

Thank you.

The smaller washer / lock bar clearance does make sense. And I guess I will go with phosphor bronze.

Here is the follow up on your questions:
I took mine apart so that I could give you the sizes you asked for.
The pivot pin is just under 5mm (.1969) so the ID of the washer needs to be 5mm
There are two washers on each side for a total of 4.
Small washers on lock bar side. They are 10mm OD (.3937) and are .004 thick each
Large ones are 12mm OD (.4724) and also .004 thick each

Washers with a ID of 3/16 or .187 from USA Knife makers will not go over the pivot pin. All parts are metric sizes on this knife.

Thank you so much for your time. You really went above and beyond.

Hopefully your information will help many other people as well.
