Just as the name implies I have always bought Kershaw knives and love them. However, I kept reading about the Tenasious and the Resiliance and finally just could not hold out any more...I broke down and bought my first Spydercos. I have to say I am impressed with these knives especially the Resiliance! Love that knife!
The tenasious is no slouch, I really like it also. I did run into a problem with the Tenasious. When I went to adjust the tension at the fulcrum screw it stripped in the inside of the screw. I made sure I was using the right size allen wrench but the head seemed to stripout. That thing was in there TIGHT. I was never able to break it loose. I was trying to loosen the action to have it open a tad bit easier.
I had zero issues adjusting the Resiliance.
I know Kershaw has GREAT costomer service, I was wondering, is Spyderco as good about customer service as Kershaw?
Thanks guys.
