Spyderco Ti RIL's - are they treated for wear?

Wondering if Spyderco does anything to their Ti framelocks in terms of reducing wear. I have a Slysz Bowie that has pretty late lock up and has been moving over just a hair. Will the lock settle in and stop moving over? Your experiences with Spyderco titanium framelocks?

I can only speak to the Sage 2, It settled in at 50% and has stayed there for the last three years.

The Southard is carburized (heated, basically), and I remember reading that the Techno was, as well. There have been several threads, bother here and on the Spyderco forum, about it. I honestly don't remember the outcome, but I believe that the Slysz is treated as well, just like the Techno.

I know the Chokwe is not treated and has moved to 80+% for me, but has only barely perceptible rock.

Sage 2, 1.5 years of occasional use, say one day per week. Lockup is still solid and exactly like new at 45%, but I do not flick it.

My Farid k2 has a lockup of about 60% and closer to 75% if I flick it open really hard. When I first got it I'd say lock up was about 55%, and it moved up a little bit. I've been using it not hard, but very regularly for the past six months. It seems to be pretty stable where it is right now and hasn't move any further.

Cool. My Bowie came at about 75%, I've used it moderately hard and it is now at about 80%. Good to hear it settled in.

From the reading I've done, it sounds like every single Bowie and k2 spyderco made has pretty late lockup. Surprisingly few reviews on either one as a normal edc with some moderately tough usage thrown in, but it sounds like its normal. And I haven't seen anything in my own knife to suggest anything of the contrary. As much as I play with it and use it, if the lock bar was going to wear I think it would have started to do so already.

I was concerned when I first got my k2, then I decided to just use the heck out of it and enjoy it. I'm going for the worn crk look ;)

Don't think the Chokwe is. One of mine started galling. Should be getting it back after a fix in the next few days. Two Sage 2's and good to go. Southard is good, K2 (light use) is good, Slysx Bowie is good, and Rubicon is good. The K2 came and still is a little sticky. The Slysz was but isn't sticky anymore. The Rubicon came perfect and hasn't changed with moderate use. I'm not really hung up on percentage of lockup, and would rather have all of the lockbar making contact with the tang.

I have a Military in Ti without the steel insert. The RIL has moved to about 60° lock-up but it's sticky, and hard to disengage the lock.
