spyderco used in "criminal minds"?

does anyone know what knife was used in the episode of criminal minds titled conflicted? it looked kind of like a fully serrated chokwe or maybe jd smith, anyone who watches this show have any ideas?

Looks like a J.D. It appeared to have a slight clip to it, whereas the Chokwe's spine is pretty straight. Also, I don't believe there is a serrated Chokwe.
