Are Spyderco and Spyderkey the same company? Does anyone know how many knives (models) were made by Spyderkey? I have the abalone version and have seen a black pearl and wood version. How rare are the Spyderkey knives?

The Spyderkey was a particular model of Spyderco brand knife. They are pretty rare these days.
