Spyderco Warranty Question

I have a spyderco dragonfly 2 in h1 serrated that has developed some very noticable forward to back play. I was wondering. Is this covered under warranty? I have RIT dyed my handles green and I don't know if that is something that voids the warranty.
 
Best option would be to email Charlynn at Spyderco and ask her that question. While I do believe you have voided your warranty, they may still be able to help you out. Charlynn is outstanding.

Do I do that through the contact option on the spyderco page?
