I've had very good service from spyderco previously - Sal had personally looked into my matter(s).
Recently, I sent a knife in to spyderco repair/warranty directly. I know Mike's been snowed under with work as he is the only guy in repairs/warranty now - I can emphatise, no worries there
. I had dropped him a couple of emails but unfortunately I haven't received any reply on whether he received the knife, the problem, when it's coming back to me etc.
I know Spyderco received it on Dec 1 from the postal acknowledgement slip sent back to me.
Would like to know what's the usual turnaround time and whether there's any chance I'll get it back by year end. I appreciate it's the holiday season now and things do get slowed down a little...
It's just that I have been w/o my new folder for 5 weeks already (including 2 weeks during shipping from here to Golden) and I'm missing it
btw, is it snowing at Golden?
