so I have an all stainless steel Spyderco I bought about 20 years ago called, IIRC, the "Workman". I'll do have a photo right now but I'll try and get one. It is less refined than other Spydercos. The stainless handle is not rounded off at all and most notably, the pocket clip is punched out of the actual scale and bent to shape...no screws. The problem is, the edges are so sharp that it cuts you pocket to shreds. I just carry it in pocket.

Conversely, the blade is quite refined with a sharpened clip point.

Anybody got one of these? This is from the days before Spyderco was a household name.

Has to be an Economy Standard. It's the only model Spyderco ever made with the clip punched out of the one handle slab.

Deacon, you never cease to amaze me.

Here it is...got some photos last night. And I was wrong about the clipped point...not sure why that was stuck in my head.
