If memory serves that is what Sal reaffirmed during my visit to Golden last week. BTW he demonstrated all its functions and made it look quite simple. A very, very interesting piece

Vin demoed it for me, and he kept it in his pocket... I could not lure him to my car where I keep my ASP... I guess I will have to wait. It is one sweet tool!

Wrench??? Do you mean pliers? I hope this tool is useful like the Leatherman. If any knife can make a multi-tool, it'd be Spyderco. Pictures?

Just thought I'd drop a note to update you with expected delivery dates on the wrench.

As it stands now, we are on target for delivery. That means that our first production should be completed at the end of August and shipping out the door of Spyderco the first part of September.

Production will be limited. Our first few months production will be 2000/mth and it will then increase with a plan to deliver a total of 10,000 by the end of 1999.

Hey Michelle, you were the nice Spyderco person who sent me that mousepad way back oh, maybe a year and a half ago, when I came begging for Spydie stuff by email. You were very nice to me and I was stunned that a company would pay any attention to a regular consumer (now I know I'm an ELU)

, since then I've learned that ALL the Spyderco people are very nice. Danelle replaced the mousepad that some evil person stole and Sal & Vince & Charlie do any number of other things too numerous to elaborate. I had lost the email records when I was laid off from my job in August and forgot your name(sorry), but want to thank you now for the great treatment I received.

After reading your first and very infamous post at BF I wondered where you went. I saw that your answer on this tread was your third post.

I'm glad you're posting instead of lurking.

I guess we need to know the real Michelle Espinosa better.

PS Have you visited Hahn-Manila, your Philippine distributor?
