I am really delighted with my Spyderco Yang kitchen knife in VG10. I finally had to take the ceramic Spyderco stones out yesterday - after close to two years. I confess that I did use a strop on the blade once, after more than 1 year.
The knife gets frequent use cutting up anything I throw at it.
