Got this Yojimbo 2 for a good price and want to make sure it's an authentic knife. Here are some pictures. I have a question concerning the first picture. Maybe someone with experience or that owns the Yojimbo 2 can help. Is the encircled (yellow) compression surface of the blade tang supposed to be at an angle?

That is the engagement surface for the lock. It has to be angled so the lock face can hit it and stop somewhere in the middle. The tab on the lock bar actually wedges between that ramp and the stop pin. The compression lock rocks. The angle also allows the lock to wear over time and remain tight. Perfectly normal. :)

Ramped to wedge the blade but still make it easy to disengage. I saw in a video one time the harder you pry with it the deeper that lock bar digs into that wedge. Great design!
