First is a full serrated Endura with British Racing Green FRN handle, ZDP-189 blade and 3 3/4" of juicy scallops. This is new in box and discontinued. $85 shipped.
Next is a Delica, also with British Racing Green FRN handle, ZDP-189 plain edge blade and a Tom Krein regrind. The grind is full flat with 0.010" behind the edge. I use a similar one with SS handle and it's a real slicer! New in box aside from the regrind work. -$100 shipped. There is $45 of regrind value in there... You do the math.
