Just kidding, I just needed your attention. I'm wondering if the stonewashed blade can be sent back to CRK for a high polish job. Can they do this on stonewashed blades?

I just got mine back about a month ago. Beautiful job. They will only do the hollow grind though, not the flats. I was concerned that it might look strange, but then that's what I get for questioning CRK. The stonewashed flats set off the polish very nicely.

It just occurred to me, you said "High Polish". Mine is a satin polish, as offered on CRK's website. It is not a mirror polish. Don't know if they'd do that one, but Al is right just ask!

Yes - we can polish (to a satin finish) the hollow grind of an originally stonewashed blade. As Brandon said, just the hollow grind, not the flats. It will involve removing the thumblug and fitting a new one - and there is some possible additional cost there.
