One good thing about offloading some of my Spydies to fellow workers (to finance another knife obsession) is that every day is like catalogue day. Now when something needs to be cut, out comes:
- plainedge Mil
- Serrated Mil
- MW almite
- Spur
- Goddard fullsize
- Zowada
- and whatever I happen to be carrying (Matriarch today)
Everyone's happy with their new knives and I feel like they haven't left!

What's even better is that it's easy for you to buy them back when you realise that you shouldn't have sold them in the first place

. At a loss (to you) of course

Don't worry that the world might end tomorrow....in Australia it's tomorrow already.

I have to say that Spyderco is definitely a favorite for stagehands here at the San Francisco Opera as well, even outstripping the classic folding hunters from years ago like the Buck 110. This is not due to my generosity but to Sal's fine work, it is hard to find a better knife for the money and this segment of the population is notoriously tight fisted, but know a good deal when they see it.

(As I write this we sit in Act I, Scene 2 of Wagner's Parsival. That man wrote no short Operas!)
