Spyderco's best seller...

I was wondering, what is Spyderco's best selling knife?

I heard through the grapevine that it was either the Endura or Delica. However, if either is the best seller, which would the second best seller be?

And, most importantly, where does the Native rank?

Reason I ask is: many of you probably know by now that I'm a HUGE Native fan, and this knife has seen many new incarnations recently. From Native II, to FRN Native, to BF Blue G-10 Native, to Shell-inlay Black G-10 Native...and now Sal is podering whether to design a CF Native and maybe even an Almite Native!!! I know of NO Spyderco knives which have had the privilege to go through so many changes/alterations, whether it is for collecting purposes or new designing.

Thus, it is my impression that this knife ranks as one of the best sellers, if not the best.

Anyone? Sal?

Hi Flood. The Native usually runs 3rd or 4th depending on our ability to deliver.

The Native is an interesting design in that it offers a "humpless" Clipit and still retains enough "expansion" at the front of the handle to provide security.

Sort of a synthesis between the conventional humped Clipit (fairly radical in appearance) and the tradional folder. I believe that accounts for some of it's popularity. As we increase our production on this model, we'll have a beter idea. We've never caught up.

That was something that, before the Native needed a large guard like the Goddard, or a hump like the Endura/Delica. The Native uses two smaller "expansion" points to provide that security.

You better believe it, Sammy boy! Ever since I got my two(!) plain G-10 shell inlay Natives, one of them has been my daily carry! I think my Starmate is getting jealous, though

What's your favorite Spydie carry lately, Samo ol' boy?
