kind of odd to not want to share. Seems like pretty harmless data to share...Sal and Eric. It isn't something they are in the habit of sharing.
I'm thinking all time best sellers. That's a pretty solid list...what about Dragonfly? Fell like dragonfly is pretty popular too.Depends on what period of time you are talking about . . . right now or over time.
I'd pick "over time" as the criteria and the most popular ones are probably the ones that have been available for sale the longest, over various generations and in different varations over time and that have NEVER been discontinued.
Can't provide a complete list off the top of my head but the most obvous selections would (in no particular order; start date in parentheses) be the:
Police (1984)
Military (1997)
Para Military 2 (2004)
Endura (1990)
Delica (1990)
Native (1997)
Tenacious (2008)
Manix (2004)
Stretch (2004)
Feel free to add to the list if you know and/or can think of any others (or challenge my suggestions, if you dare). LOL!![]()

Ironic thing is that knives are likely discontinued because they aren't selling well, but after they're discontinued price soars on the secondary!

EDIT: to be clear, I can understand if they don't share sales numbers, but ranking for what models sell the best...where's the harm in that?
I get what you're saying, although I doubt the counterfeiters are slowed-down much... They seem to know what to produce anyways...bastards.Not that odd. Sal has been fighting counterfeits since the 1980s. Why hand them more ammunition by publishing which models they can make the most money faking?
I'm with you, no the biggest Dragonfly fan. Owned one once and sold it, but love the Delica. Dragonfly just too small for my taste.I never had any interest in the Dragonfly but (based on my own criteria) it would seem to be one of the most popular models "over time" too having 1st been made (per SpydieWiki) in 1994.
Are you sure about 2004 for the Para 2? That seems way too early.Depends on what period of time you are talking about . . . right now or over time.

I think the Military was 2004 and the PM2 was 2010.Are you sure about 2004 for the Para 2? That seems way too early.

Best selling of all time I have to go with the staples.
Endura
Delica
Dragonfly
New Kid on the block pushing big buys would go with PM2
With the Police being such a large blade and having so few people in the 80’s & 90’s buying premium knives I don’t know that it would be a contender.
Interesting, that is one that I would not have guessed! Cool knife though...2004 for the Paramilitary, 2010 for the Para2
It's been a few years, but Sal once said the stainless Police had been in the top ten sellers for 25 years.

Same here. Had one and gifted it. Nice knife, just preference - Delica is as small as I want to goI'm with you, no the biggest Dragonfly fan. Owned one once and sold it, but love the Delica. Dragonfly just too small for my taste.
I am on my 3rd Df..I'm with you, no the biggest Dragonfly fan. Owned one once and sold it, but love the Delica. Dragonfly just too small for my taste.
