I receive the Gayle Bradley today. I am extremely impressed. It exudes quality and I do not know if any other high end folder I have ever had surpasses it. I have had several Chris Reeves, Striders and so on and it hangs tough.
i would say the Gayle Bradley's closely compares to the XM-18 and PXL. Size wise I think it is closest to the Manix2
Knives listed are:
Rick Hinderer XM-18
Gayle Bradley
Manix2
Paramilitary
Fallkniven PXL

Nice pics! It looks like the tip on the Bradley is a bit thicker than the FFG Manix. Is it?

That Bradley really looks like the old Bob T Starmate from some angles.

Wow, fantastic photos there. You really captured some good comparisons.

For some reason I thought it would look much larger than the Para than it does.

Thanks

The tips looks to be close. I don't think there is any difference.

Good job on the comparison - No doubt the Bradley is one hell of a knife and value if one wants or needs a high quality hard use folder. Very usesful pictures.

P.S. I assume you added the screw to the back of the Manix 2 yourself . . .

The fit and finish of the Bradley is top notch just like the Sage. I love the carbon fiber on both as well. I'd call it luxurious.

It is a real ox and a super value. The screw in the back of the Manix 2 looks to be just a spare clip screw plugging one of the holes.

Damn those liners are thick! I remember seeing Gayle Bradley post about them but didn't realize how big they really were. Great pics.

my bradley opens as smooth as my kershaw jyd

It is one smooth action, that's for sure. I'm amazed at the value of this knife. If one is in need of a hard use folder with great steel and a high RC and isnt concerned about 5-6 ounces, this has to be a top contender if you have a tight budget . . . or not ;)

IMHO it's worth more than it costs . . .

I'm sure these will be around for a while but I'm going to snag a second one just to be safe.

Definitely. I have been saying these were underpriced since I got my first one before Christmas. It is one helluva knife.

Y'all pushed me over the edge. I ordered one last night. I know. I'm weak.

I'd been wanting a Stretch, but this model looks enough like a stretch (blade shape) that it overcame that urge. :o
