Spyderco's (not Gayle's) Rockwell tests on the Bradley?

I've seen the quote about Gayle's test that was close to 65 about ten times in various threads. That's not what I'm looking for -- I'm looking for the sampling Sal said Spyderco would do this week.

Thanks!

Yeow, great news.

Sal, are there any plans to lower that in future production?

Not if it works well and everyone is happy with it. I know Gayle prefers the higher Rc's.

Very impressive heat treat! I'm getting mine tested soon, it looks like I won't have to get it rehardened to 65 if it is already at 65 RC. My Bradley gets sharper than any other knife I own, and is extremely crisp on the stones. When you pair that with excellent edge retention it makes sense that the RC is way up there. CPM M4 is very tough for such a wear resistant steel, so I see no reason to lower the hardness since I haven't had or seen any posts about the Bradleys chipping.
