I've loved Spyderco for a while and have recently gotten a sick addiction for them. Of my 20 or so pocket folders, roughly half are Spyderco. That said, the last two weeks I've been carrying a Chaparral 2, and then this past week a Domino. They've quickly become my favorite EDCs.

The Chaparral 2 melts away in the pocket. I've literally forgotten it was there before and had to check to reconfirm I hadn't lost it. Beautiful design on the titanium, which is not done justice by anyone's pictures I've seen up to this point. Perfection in terms of fit and finish from Spyderco.

Domino has gotten enough fanfare of late that I don't really have to reiterate. Some people will say it's not for them, but to me, this is the quintessential blade in my collection. Up until this point, nothing has unseated my Delica in terms of EDC. The Domino has everything going for it to do so and become KING of my pocket kingdom. Again, fit and finish from Taichung was perfection. Ergonomically this blade was made for my hand. Weight is good and have no complaints after carrying it a week. Flipper actuates perfectly and has a lightning fast deployment. Enough said, I love this knife.

Also received the Damascus/Titanium Delica. I don't see myself carrying it much as I'd rather thump on my tried-and-true blue Delica, but it's a looker and a keeper for sure.

I don't have to review these, other guys have done it enough for me. With the exception of the Damascus Delica, these are all purposed users. Just sharing how much I adore my Spydercos and waiting for the Police 3 to get here in the mail. After the recent Spyderco spending spree, I'll be sitting tight for a while. A few pics just as comparison shots (not artful photography by any means ;) )

And a few of the whole family.

Almost forgot to squeeze in the Ladybug from the keyring.

For me, it's the innovation, ergonomics, and quality that keeps them there...but What EXACTLY keeps a Spyderco in your pocket???

I'm also gravitating towards Spydercos. When I first got into knives I wasn't too fond of the designs and thought too much of the blade was exposed when closed of for example the Caly 3, but now the Caly is one of my favourites. The Spyderco models I have are very pocket friendly. I like slim knives and with Spyderco you get premium blade steels even in the "lesser" models. I also like that I don't have to reprofile the knives straight out of the box, unlike other brands in the same price range.

because Spyderco did it right with a lot of their folders. I am a big fan of the delica line.

ALways carried enduras in the 90's and some early yrs of the 00's. Moved to a native for 10 yrs then to ZT's for a few, back home with the pm2 and picked up a domino and just cant put that thing down.

Going to order an orange dragonfly 2 this week. Sal just knows how to make knives. My future blade monies will go to spyderco.
