whats your view or comment on this tool.been had it for 3 years now and enjoy it.do they still make this tool.how much if they do or how much is it worth.

It has been discontunued. They are much desired and hard to find.
There is a rumor about a new version, but no time frame.

The lack of a wire cutters was it's major flaw, but it is cherished by many.

The SpydeRench was made with three variations of knife blade: plain, serrated, and combination plain/serrated. I see them listed regularly on eBay, generally selling for just over $100
