Spyderench??

I have been an avid collector of Spyderco knives for about 7 years total. Probably been a "real fanatic" for maybe seriously about 3 years now. Just in the last year through trades, ebay ect, I have come into 2 Spyderenchs. I must admit I have never played with them much and I have not taken the time to really learn how to fully use/utilized them. Is there any info available through Spyderco or any other source as far as that goes.

I have a feeling that there are several uses for them. I am sure that the person who engineered this marvel had dozens of uses in mind. I just simply want to know all there is to know about it so I can utilize it to the fullest extent. Any past publications, magazine articles, internet links/websites would be highly appreciated. I have learned a lot on my own just by trial & error. But it is like an old machinist told me once "If nothing else works try following directions" Ok I will appreciate any help. Thanks guys :)
 
Your only likely bet for a Spyderench is ebay, and even then, you'll be competing against a bunch of other people trying to get one. Spyderco hasn't made it for at least a few years. I think I read that they're holding production until they get some bugs worked out.

I believe Cliff Stamp did a review of the Spyderench, try doing a search here.
 
hello Planterz: I think that you misunderstood my question. I am not looking for a Spyderench I already have 2 of them. I was looking for information about it. Information about how to use it, what multiple uses there are for it and maybe any previous threads that would shed some light on the Spyderench. Also any websites that may have extensive information which would lead me in the right direction. Thanks anyway :)

JD you could just email or call up the guy, who sells the Spyderenches on ebay. IIRC his father designed the Spyderench and Spyderco gave him the last production parts which he assembles from time to time in his garage and sells them on ebay. So you could probably get it directly from the "horses mouth".
