I posted this in the Balisong area before I saw the Spyderco section. Thought I might get more answers here. There is a local pawnshop where a guy sold a knife collection of 200 knives. I thought this was unusual so I picked it up. Gave $75 for it on a whim. He also has several Spydercos made in Seki City. I was told the Seki City made knives were good knives. All the ones he is selling are under $80 and all are NIB. I know it depends on model but is it pretty safe that the Seki City Spyderco knives are worth that much.

It makes you wonder what the pawnshop paid the collector that brought them in. :(

You did quite well on that Rainbow Spyderfly. That said, the value of Seki City marked Spydercos, even in NIB condition, varies tremendously. Some will be worth far more than $80, some won't be worth half that.

Where can I find info on Spydercos. He has several for sale.

Fantastic score! You never know what you'll find in a pawn shop for sure.
