The Spydersaw in the new catalog looks just what I have been looking for - a folding pruning saw thats small enough for pocket carry!

My question is: what is the best way to resharpen the saw teeth?

Thanks!

I was wondering a better question, how do you sharpen it with the 204 :D

How do you resharpen it? My question exactly! While Aus6 is much better steel than any of those 20 buck gerber folding saws, those have cheap replaceable blades for when they get hopelessly dull. This is much higher quality from the looks of it, and I wonder what to do to keep it sharp. Maybe you can just use a rod by hand from the 204, then strop the burr off the back edge.

I'm guessing that it'll stay "sharp" for a good long time. It's a saw, after all. Y'aint gonna be shavin' with it.

When it needs sharpening, you're probably going to have to go over the teeth individually with a fine file. It's not that big a deal; there's only about forty teeth on the thing, and it won't need sharpening too often.
