  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Spyderwrench

All depends on how badly you want one. I suspect there's almost always at least one available on that well known auction site, if you're willing to pay through the nose. Aside from that, it's probably going to be a tough item to find. Also, not trying to be a spelling nazi, but it might help if you use the correct name, SpydeRench, when searching.

Thanks for the support guys. Love the optimism. Lol. Found one on ebay for 425.00. Not sure I'm willing to go that high.

I feel foolish, I sold one on there last year and didn't get half that out of it.

Keep looking, theres a byrd one too, that's pretty much the same unless you just want the spyderco one.

I tried to find one for my father (he loves gadgets) about 6 months ago, no luck whatsoever.

I do highly recommend that you hold out for one of the first run USA made Spyderenchs from the early 2000s. The 440C blade on them is really done up right. The one I have as a user is the USA made version with a Spyderedged 440C blade. I had a heck of a time finding a decent sheath to fit it though.

I've heard good things about the ones that were made about 4 years ago but I like the USA made version so much I wouldn't settle for anything less.

I believe it was a guy named Marty Beck that Mr. Glesser knew that designed the Spyderench>> I think that is correct however it's been a few years since we all had that discussion. He did a superb job designing the original one and it is a great tool as a companion to my more conventional multi-tool which is a Victorinox SWISS TOOL that I dearly love. I've had both of them for over 10 years now and really love them.

I know I could sell mine for a nice sum of cash but it's one Spyder I like so much that I would never consider selling it. Good Luck finding one>> keep us posted and let us know if you find one

A local shop has one in stock for much cheaper than that. I was surprised they still had one.
